700g Flour (Mehl, Type 550)
100g Semolina (Hartweizengrieß)
200ml Warm Water (30-40 C°)
100ml Native Olive Oil
200ml Beer (Weizen)
25g Fresh Yeast (frische Hefe)
1 tspn Salt (1 TL Salz)
Combine yeast and warm water and let rest for 10 minutes. Then add residual ingredients and knead for 10 minutes. Put into fridge for 12-24h, basement for 3-6h or a warmer place if you need the dough in less than 3h.
