You wonder why you come across random recepies on my site? Here’s why.
When I prepare for a certain dish, I check the recipe to make sure that I have all ingredients at home and am in the ballpark of the required quantities.
And since I usually look it up online, I most frequently am confronted with terribly add-bloated, popup-darting semi-commercial websites that instantly ruin my day. The good old free internet is broken. But I ain’t complaining. I just save the recepies I need to recall on here now, basically for myself, much like a digital recepy journal. And since I am neither interested in where you come from nor what traces you might leave for me to store for whatever reason, you get them as pure and as free as I’d appreciate it.
You will notice, that I keep the information as short as possible for me to work with. I advise to watch some videos of real chefs beforehand.
